Insight Global is looking for a Human Performance Database Manager to sit on site in San Antonio, Texas. This person will ensure access, data use management, and security measures are being followed by all employees. The ideal candidate will come from a technical background along with having at least 2 years of management experience. Day to day they will lead a team of 10 individuals; developers, data analysts, engineers, admins, etc. They will be conducting system tuning, performance monitoring and database maintenance to make sure the databases are functioning correctly. This person will come from a background working in athlete management systems and human performance context.
