We’re partnering with a respected national animal nutrition manufacturer that is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role where you’ll have true autonomy, take ownership of the maintenance program, and help shape the future of the facility as it continues to modernize.
Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure all systems are running safely and efficiently
Lead all preventive maintenance across the facility
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues as they arise
Develop and refine maintenance processes, procedures, and best practices
Support the installation and integration of new robotic and automated equipment
Serve as on-call support on weekends (the mill rarely operates on weekends, so calls are minimal)
Strong maintenance background in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience with electrical systems; exposure to robotics or automation is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage a full maintenance program
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment reliability
First-shift schedule with consistent hours
