1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM - $18.00 ...
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00PM-2:00AM $19
Weekends- Friday-Sunday 6:00PM-6:00AM $20
Responsibilities:
What you will do in Inspection:
- Hold boards/panels under a microscope to inspect for proper coating coverage
- Perform coating touch up of coating under a microscope using various hand tools
- Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various steps in board assembly
- Complete required production documentation
- Use of computer for basic data entry
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager
What you'll do in SMT:
- Setup and operate surface mount technology (SMT) equipment
- Setup and tear down of feeders that requires pinching and grasping of small material and equipment
- Place electronic components by hand as needed
- Perform basic inspection of circuit board assemblies
- Complete required production documentation
What you'll do in soldering:
- Perform hand soldering operations and assembly of electronic components under a microscope by pinching, grasping, and holding a soldering iron and wire solder
- Hold boards/panels under a microscope to inspect parts
- Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various steps in board assembly
What you'll do in testing:
- Follow written procedures to perform various electrical tests utilizing supplied test equipment
- Record and analyze test results
- Label and segregate passed/failed boards
Skills:
Good communication skills
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management and form filing
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 30#
Drug screen/background required
Ability to operate soldering machines
Ability to create and Interpret technical documentation
