A company is looking for an Email & CRM Marketing Specialist to manage outbound and lifecycle messaging for B2C audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Build and run multi-channel communication campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention
Continuously run tests and experiments on various campaign elements
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a CRM Manager or Email Marketing Manager, preferably in B2C
Strong knowledge of marketing effectiveness metrics across the customer journey
Proficiency with customer engagement platforms
Understanding of user segmentation and logical operators
Strong knowledge of HTML and APIs
