This Project Manager serves as UTC's representative ensuring compliance with programmatic requirements, applicable codes, industry standards, best practices, specifications, and incorporation of campus standards into every project from design through project closeout.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related degree; and four years of relevant experience in project management; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred: Appropriate licensure in a functional area (i.e. licensed architect, landscape architect, engineer, or interior designer); facilities project management experience in a higher education institution; and working knowledge of UT/UTC Work Control, Space and ERP databases is preferred.
