A well-established local Mechanical Contractor is looking to fill a commercial HVAC Estimator position working on middle to large projects, Hospitals, Data Centers experience a plus. Qualifications:
- 5 + years experience commercial HVAC Estimating and sales experience with Data Centers, Hospitals offices knowledge a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or demonstrated equivalent experience in related HVAC field).
- Design-Build from Blueprints, Takeoffs via on screen and manually.
- Experience in a variety of project types.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- HVAC, Plumbing, Sheet Metal and Piping experience helpful.
- Quick Pen, AutoCad, Revit, Quotesoft, MS Exl, experience preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must.
