Note : All Support Staff work as a team and are expected to help with a variety of functions, including but not limited to : Front Desk / Reception, Fax Sorting, Mail Sorting, Prepping and Scanning, New Business Data Entry, Indexing, Application Reviews, Policy mail-out, Endorsement mail processing, Endorsement system processing, and other various clerical duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting guests
- Chat Support
- Match invoices and policies as they print out, prepare policies for mailing.
- NOC’s
- Backup support for scanning, mail sorting and delivery
- Renewal Instructions (Pull off websites)
- Post office Mail delivery (backup)
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
