• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Millwright to join our team in Mankato, MI for a project-based assignment running through November. The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience working with industrial equipment and mechanical systems.

This role will involve assisting with machinery installation and maintenance, as well as installing safety fences and protective guarding profiles on conveyor systems. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Install safety fences and protective guarding systems on conveyor equipment.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install guarding profiles accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic welding equipment as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures, including OSHA requirements.
• Work collaboratively to complete project milestones on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of millwright or industrial maintenance experience required.
• Millwright apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must have OSHA 10 or above.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with conveyor systems and machine guarding preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to complete a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
