With an exciting expansion underway and new clients and events rolling out this year, we are currently seeking an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and help make these events a success.
As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of various events, working closely with our experienced event team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in event management while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Engage with event attendees, providing information and assistance to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in creating promotional materials.
- Support the monitoring of event timelines and help keep activities on schedule.
- Gather feedback and assist with post-event reports to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
