Job descriptionCoordinate daily work activities to meet production schedules. Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Set production goals and manage team performance. Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. High school diploma required. 5-10 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing, with a preference for HVAC experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities. Local and stable work history required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of Autodesk Fabrication or similar software is preferred.

Overview
As the HVAC Fabrication Foreman, you will lead production operations in our Las Vegas fabrication shop, overseeing the construction of HVAC sheet metal products and custom components. Your role will ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality standards while coordinating with teams to meet project deadlines. Your leadership will drive productivity and project success in alignment with industry best practices.
