Position Overview :
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge design and innovation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment and tool design, 3D modeling, and working within collaborative design teams. You will play a crucial role in creating high-quality assemblies, streamlining design processes, and prototyping solutions for unique hangar applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and refine general arrangement drawings as part of client design submittals, shop drawings, and prototypes.
- Create and review 3D models and drawings using best practices to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Design and build assemblies, tools, and heavy equipment , ensuring functionality and reliability.
- Work closely with the design team to manage deadlines and deliver innovative project designs.
- Conduct product testing to validate design solutions and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate on prototyping features for custom applications, particularly for metalworking projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, accelerating project timelines and enhancing design quality.
Qualifications :
Salary Range :
75,000 – $95,000 annually (Higher compensation available for highly skilled candidates).
