Minimum Qualifications
Requires are least a high school diploma or equivalent. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education / experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.

Minimum of 2 years experience working in supervisory role, preferably in hotels
Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)

- Supervise front office employees to ensure efficient and high-quality guest experience
- Support team members in handling guest requests and complaints in order to achieve a positive outcome
- Communicate with team members, so that employees on duty are fully aware of relevant matters related
to guests and / or other departments
