Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the President of Rosecrance Management Group and the President of Rosecrance Therapies. This critical role will serve as a trusted partner to both leaders, helping ensure efficient operations across multiple strategic and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be a master multitasker with excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for supporting executives who are advancing high-quality behavioral healthcare. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in an executive support role.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a healthcare or nonprofit organization.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, preparing agendas, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Leadership Team Collaboration: Serve as a shared resource for two executive leaders, providing assistance on projects and administrative tasks across supervised functions.
Document Management: Prepare, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including leadership team sessions, board meetings, and strategic planning retreats. Ensure all materials are prepared, logistics are managed, and action items are tracked.
Communications: Act as a liaison between Executive Leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
Project Support: Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed.
Data Management: Support the preparation and organization of reports related to grants, compliance, performance improvement, and other key initiatives.
Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality in all matters.
Base Pay: Starting at $21.32/hour (pay is based on education, experience, and credentials)
