The Personal Care Assistant is a vital part of our team, providing aid to our participants as well as contributing to the care planning process as a member of our interdisciplinary team (IDT). Reporting to the Day Center Manager, the Personal Care Assistant will provide safe delivery of personal care services to participants at the WelbeHealth day center.

This role is different because Personal Care Assistants at WelbeHealth :

• Collaborate with different departments within our day centers, building strong connections not only with participants, but with team members as well
• Unlike in a traditional assisted living facility, our Personal Care Assistants have the opportunity to care for seniors in a lively day center where our participants receive full-service care ranging from medical appointments, to rehabilitation services, to playing games and participating in activities

Salary / Wage base range for this role is $21.00 - $25.22 hourly + Bonus. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
