- Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel trucks and equipment (electrical, brake, hydraulic, and air systems)
- Handle scheduled maintenance and safety inspections
- Use onboard computer systems to diagnose issues and log repairs
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and road calls
- Work closely with drivers to identify vehicle issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
- Valid Oregon Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Class B CDL with air brake endorsement preferred (or willing to earn)
- 2+ years of diesel repair experience (fleet, trucking, heavy equipment, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals in English
- Must bring your own tools
- Welding or fabrication experience is a big plus!
- Shop-based with occasional field repairs (indoor / outdoor work)
- Requires heavy lifting (50+ lbs), physical labor, and safe tool handling
- Must follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
