We are looking for a proactive team player with an eagerness to learn and grow to join our team as an Automation Developer . Our Automation Developers design, build, and maintain technology solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
This role requires strong coding ability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
- NOTE :
- This position will be in our Home Office located in Abilene, TX
- Essential Duties / Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows that support business operations.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to extend and enhance automation solutions.
- Integrate automation with external systems, APIs, and databases.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions .
- Optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience or boot camp).
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C#, .NET, Java, Python, or similar).
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL .
- Familiarity with API development and system integrations .
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail .
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams .
