COMPENSATION :
Hourly Pay Range : $16.60 - $19.30
this pay range represents the rates of pay for step 1 to the maximum step for this position in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. The starting pay for the successful candidate will start at step 1)
JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the premises of the store and surrounding areas.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible to the Store Manager but may receive specific assignments and direct supervision from management group in performance of duties
- Clean, strip, wax, spot mop and sweep the floor areas of the store
- Maintain cleanliness of outside premises to include sidewalks, planters, trash cans and lights and other areas as directed
- Replace lights and lamps as needed
- Assist customers with their questions and maintain good customer relations
- Maintain all maintenance equipment in good working condition
- Keep supplies and equipment in neat, clean, organized manner in the designated area
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Other related duties as required
