Location : Morton, IL (100% Onsite)
Length : 24-month contract with potential to extend or convert to Direct Hire
Rate : ~$35 / hr W2 + Benefits | $38 / hr C2C
We're hiring a Business Operations Specialist to join a fast-moving team focused on compliance, data integrity, and system process improvements. This is a fully onsite opportunity in Morton, IL — open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense.
What You’ll Do :
- Own SAP audit processes across multiple systems
- Enter and maintain export compliance data (ECCNs, ECNs, ML classifications)
- Lead / support cross-functional projects and change initiatives
- Create and maintain SOPs and standard work documentation
- Gather business requirements and write functional documentation
- Test and support system upgrades and implementations
- Present to leadership and collaborate with internal partners
