Job Description

MEETING SERVICES ATTENDANT , Endicott House (MITEH), to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction and exceed the expectations of all guests at MIT’s center for conferences, retreats, and special events. Responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining all meeting rooms and A / V, reviewing and setting banquet event orders, organizing storage closets, maintaining recycling program, removing trash throughout the day, cleaning MITEH vehicles, washing floors, driving shuttle bus, and keeping supervisor informed of any guest-related issues, and performing other duties as directed. This operational position works closely with all MITEH departments. A / V and computer training will be ongoing.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED : a high school diploma or its equivalent; English language fluency; strong customer service and communication skills; attention to detail; a Massachusetts’ driver’s license; and ability to work independently, use good judgment, and effectively support MITEH’s commitment to excellence.
