FLSA: Non-Exempt Hire Pay: $16 hourly Classification: Temporary
Job Description: We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist. The ideal candidate will handle front desk duties, assist with mail distribution, and support administrative functions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Handle data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Support various departments with administrative tasks, such as scanning, copying, and document preparation.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor check-ins and deliveries.
Qualifications:
Good communication skills.
Bilingual is a must.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be punctual and dependable.

1+ years of front desk experience preferred.
Must pass a background check.
