A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Reliability Strategy – Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and manage the maintenance parts budget effectively.
Plan & Execute Maintenance – Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs using root cause analysis and advanced CMMS tools.
Champion Safety Excellence – Strengthen site-wide safety programs and set consistent benchmarks for compliance and protection.
Develop High-Performing Teams – Manage supervisors, skilled trades, and support staff while driving training and capability building.
Leverage Technology – Utilize modern tools for reporting and analysis; experience with 3D printing is a plus.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Extensive experience in plant maintenance or reliability leadership
- Expertise in CMMS systems and maintenance budgeting
- Proven success implementing TPM, RCM, FMEA, and predictive / preventive maintenance strategies
- Experience managing large teams of salaried and hourly employees
- Strong track record in developing and sustaining safety programs
Compensation
The annual salary range is $109,280 - $143,430, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
