As a Market Manager for our Maintenance Division, you will provide hands-on leadership, direction, and goals for multiple branches within the designated Market. Responsible for the continuing success improving profitability, streamlining operations, improving sales, controlling costs, and building quality.

• This position will be based out of Riverside, but will support a Market, which includes : Riverside, Lake Elsinore & San Bernardino. Must be able to travel to the branches within the market as business dictates. Company take home vehicle included in the Compensation package.
• HIGHLIGHTS of what our MARKET MANAGER will do, but not limited to :
• Manage the growth, quality and financial success of multiple branches while providing excellent customer service
• Ensure the branches have a strong bench of operational substructure
• grow, retain and renew contractual revenue
• Analyze, track and budget financials data to ensure financial success while enhancing the market reputation
• Develops and implements strategic market objectives
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
• Reviews P&L’s and Financial Statements regularly
• Hire, train, develop, and coach Branch Managers
• Meets with key clients, maintaining high level relationships and negotiating and closing deals
• Regularly visits jobs to ensure that the supervisors understand the job and track it properly, includes quality inspections
• Works with Branches to insure most efficient use of Capital Budget while maintaining relationships with clients to accomplish the Company’s mission
