The Department of Theater Arts at Brandeis University seeks an instructor for the THA 126b : Playback Theatre 4-credit course in the spring 2025 semester . This course delves into the practice of Playback Theatre, a form of improvisation where audience members voluntarily share true stories and then instantly witness a group of actors and a musician recreating the 'essence' of what was shared.
Candidates with a master's degree and experience teaching at the college level will be given preference.Interested individuals should submit a cover letter, CV, a draft course syllabus, and names and contact information for two references. The deadline for first consideration is August 15, 2024.
