Responsibilities :

Sentinel is seeking a Network Engineer to join our Team. This person will need to identify, troubleshoot, escalate and communicate technical issues and resolutions with the customer. This person should have a strong technical background, structured & organized approach, and be Customer Service oriented. The ideal candidate has a passion to learn new technologies as they are introduced while maintaining their abilities with the current and older technology to implement and resolve customer issues. This role can be remote but must provide occasional support onsite at the Downers Grove, IL headquarters.

Qualifications :

• CCNP preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering or similar field
• Experience with Cisco routers and Switches
• Experience with implementing various routing protocols in an MPLS Network
• Experience with Cisco Meraki or Palo Alto Firewalls
• Familiar with Voice, Collaboration, Unity, Emergency Responder would be beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
