Job Description

A prominent healthcare organization is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Tech to join their team. Being a Nuclear Medicine Tech for this organization will require you to prepare radioactive materials and administer them to patients for imaging and treatment. Responsibilities :

Perform routine imaging procedures including Nuclear Cardiology, dynamic flow studies, and SPECT according to policies and procedures established by the nuclear physician

Administer radioactive materials to patients and routinely charge patient exams

Ensure the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards

Qualifications and Requirements :

An associate degree from an accredited nuclear medicine technology program is required

Previous experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist is required; experience working in a Cariology clinic is highly preferred

A valid and current license to practice nuclear medicine is required

Must be willing to travel from Sugar Land to Woodlands

Paid for 40 hours weekly – schedule is alternating weeks with 4 work days, then 2 work days, then 4 work days, then 2 work days

The base pay range for this position is $45-$65, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
