This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource, keeping the office running smoothly, and creating a welcoming environment for employees returning on-site. This is a part-time position working Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm.
As the face of the office, you'll partner closely with leadership, building management, and vendors to ensure everything from deliveries to IT troubleshooting flows seamlessly. If you're a proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking initiative, wed love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day operations of our Denver office, ensuring a polished, functional, and welcoming workspace
- Manage the relationship with building management and communicate office-related updates or needs
- Coordinate quarterly emergency preparedness meetings and compliance-related activities
- Assist employees on-site with basic IT troubleshooting and act as the liaison with the remote IT team
- Greet internal visitors, accept deliveries, and oversee vendor interactions
- Ensure conference rooms and common spaces are prepared for executive meetings and team gatherings
- Support catering orders, events, and onsite employee needs
- Make independent decisions to resolve issues efficiently without needing constant escalation
- Help maintain a positive, professional office culture as teams return on-site
What You'll Bring

- A professional, polished, and personable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with staff at all levels
- Ability to troubleshoot basic IT challenges and relay information to technical teams
- A proactive mindset with the judgment to navigate office politics and resolve issues independently
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across various tasks
- Someone who enjoys being in the office and is excited to support others
Why This Role Matters
With our return-to-office initiative in effect, this position is essential in creating a smooth and supportive experience for employees onsite. You won't be scheduling for executives or preparing presentations instead, you'll be the operational anchor that keeps the office running at its best.
