Description

As a Performance Marketer, Paid Media, you will own the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns that help more churches discover Tithely’s tools. Your efforts will focus on driving measurable growth by getting our brand and product suite in front of the right audiences at the right time. You will be the expert on Tithe.ly’s performance funnel, knowing exactly how to maximize the impact and reach of your campaigns. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to execute targeted, scalable campaigns that build awareness, generate pipeline, and ultimately support the mission of equipping churches with the technology they need to thrive.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms to drive awareness, leads, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and continuously optimize paid media campaigns, including keyword management, negative keyword implementation, bid adjustments, and ad copy refreshes.
  • Own day-to-day campaign performance, monitoring key metrics and making data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend.
  • Analyze performance across campaigns and platforms to understand what really drives our business
  • Run structured testing and experimentation across messaging, targeting, channels, and creative to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition.
  • Leverage AI to scale your efforts and move quickly
  • Produce ad copy and basic creative assets to support campaign execution and speed to launch.
  • Partner with internal teammates to test and improve landing page performance through A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Analyze campaign data and attribution signals to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time and operate efficiently.

Qualifications

Required Technical Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media or performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads and experience managing large campaign structures.
  • Experience running and optimizing campaigns on various platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Reddit, etc.
  • Proven ability to improve campaign performance through testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad creative and campaign messaging.
  • Ability to create basic visual assets using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to support marketing workflows and campaign optimization.
  • Strong comfort with data analysis (you are willing to admit you love pivot tables)
  • Experience managing and owning large budgets and its impact on the full funnel
Preferred Technical Qualifications:
  • Experienced in testing and optimizing landing pages
  • Experience working in an agency
  • Experience managing or collaborating with an ad agency
  • Proven track record running paid media for SaaS or e-commerce products
  • Familiarity with the church or nonprofit sector
Office Requirements:
  • We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year.
  • A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
  • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
