A chemical biology postdoctoral research position is available in the laboratory of Professor David Lawrence at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The project focuses on the design, synthesis, and application of light-responsive therapeutic agents. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic postdoctoral level investigator with expertise in organic synthesis and a keen interest in the medicinal applications of potential drugs. The research environment is highly collaborative environment with access to cutting edge instrumentation and expertise. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field of study.
