Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting and directing customers and for processing all customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
- Handle customer transactions, issuing receipts, refunds, and pick lists
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Field phone calls / take messages
- Resolve customer inquiries, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain showroom inventory and tidy checkout area
- Prepare nightly deposit
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion
