Job description
A company is looking for a QA Supervisor to manage a team and ensure quality in application development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a small team of Quality Engineers and mentor them
Conduct ongoing testing of features using both manual and automation methods
Communicate with project stakeholders and advocate for Testing Best Practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a QA role testing web and mobile apps
At least 6 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in C#
2 or more years of experience leading and mentoring a QA team
Experience in hiring and performance evaluation of QA staff
Experience writing and reviewing test plans and conducting User Acceptance tests
