We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to support Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in starting a career in recruiting or human resources. You'll assist with candidate coordination, job postings, and day-to-day recruiting operations while gaining hands-on experience in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
• Post job openings to job boards, career pages, and social media platforms
• Review resumes and help screen candidates for entry-level and mid-level roles
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support onboarding activities and new-hire documentation
• Respond to candidate inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Help with recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
• Perform general administrative tasks related to hiring and HR

Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
