What will the Real Estate Attorney at Spotless Brands Do?
The Real Estate Attorney is a certified professional who oversees the legal aspects of real estate transactions for Spotless Brands. Overall responsibilities will include prepare and review of legal documents relating to real estate, facilitate transfer of titles, and negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions. The successful candidate will manage outside legal counsel on real estate transactions and litigation.

- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents relating to real estate
- Negotiating the terms and conditions of real estate transactions
- Facilitating the transfer of titles and deeds
- Handling property transactions by dealing with legal issues such as mortgage, limitations, zoning, property taxes.
- Interpreting and rendering advice on laws and regulations that pertain to real property.
- May be required to work with real estate agents, brokers, sellers, and buyers.
- Identifying and monitoring the risk in real estate giving advice to his / her clients accordingly
- Asure that the necessary and appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
- Efficient and effective legal help with general business issues
- Responsible for conducting due diligence on properties, and settling disputes concerning real estate.
