Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled NICU Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in Level III NICU care, ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions while administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Educate and support families regarding the care and conditions of their infants.
