Strong skills in hemming, resizing, and garment construction. Experience taking accurate measurements. Ability to operate industrial and standard sewing machines. Familiarity with garment tracking or inventory systems preferred. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and professional work ethic. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High school diploma or GED. Bilingual English / Spanish preferred but not required. Background working with uniforms or professional apparel. Embroidery experience.
