Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will liaise between clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals, with a focus on commercial, tenant improvement, retail, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor and track progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
