Responsibilities

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external guests. Assists in maintaining efficient overall operation of the Security Department as well as the Fire Command Center. Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Security Department. Implements system to ensure compliance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and company / departmental policies and procedures. Coordinates activities with local and state law enforcement officials. Identifies and controls risks and threats to the safety and assets of the company and its patrons and employees. Responsible for scheduling, training and supervising Security Staff. Responsible for conducting investigations and working with law enforcement officials to ensure resolution.

Essential job functions may include but are not limited to :

• Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida / departmental policies and procedures.
• Reviews all incident reports submitted for accuracy.
• Communicates with guests and employees in a positive manner, both in oral and written form.
• Writes incident reports and conducts investigations as assigned.
• Maintains a high level of key control for the facility.
• Prepares daily work schedules.
• Evaluates his subordinate's job duties.
• Coordinates emergency situations.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Sets up and provides training.
