Responsibilities:

• • Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
  • Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Effectively communicate with all associates
  • All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Compensation/Schedule:

Compensation for this position starts at $15.00 per hour. Must be flexible to work assigned 4-5 hour shift between 7am-9pm Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are 8-10 hours on Saturday between 8:30 am to 9:30 pm and 10am and 6pm Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available a minimum of every other weekend and 1-2 shifts during the week. Average hours per week is 20 hours.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
