Brightspeed is looking for a Site Survey Engineer to join our growing team! The Site Survey Engineer is responsible for conducting detailed site assessments to support engineering and construction projects. This role involves collecting and analyzing data related to topography infrastructure building structure and utilities to ensure accurate planning and execution of projects. The engineer will collaborate with project managers design teams building owners or representatives and field personnel to deliver precise and actionable survey results.

As Site Survey Engineer your duties and responsibilities will include :

• Performing on-site surveys using GPS pictures videos and other applicable equipment and applications
• Initiating and managing negotiations with building or private property stakeholders to secure entrance rights
• Collecting and analyzing data to support design and construction planning to include inbuilding details and facility entrance
• Preparing detailed survey reports maps and drawings using CAD and or GIS software
• Coordinating with engineering and construction teams to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements
• Identifying potential site constraints and provide recommendations for mitigation
• Ensuring compliance with local state and federal regulations related to land use and construction as well as NESC compliance on pole attachments
• Maintaining accurate records of survey data and project documentation
• Assisting in the development of site layouts and utility plans
