As a Paid Social Strategist, you will plan and improve full-funnel Paid Social programs (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit) to grow new customers, revenue, and LTV. You'll use data and creative learnings to make clear decisions, test what works, and scale winning ideas. You'll use automation and Bliss Point insights to focus spend where it performs best, while keeping waste low. You'll work closely with Creative, Analytics, Product / Bliss Point, and Client Leadership in your Pod, and turn your best practices into repeatable playbooks.

KPIs

The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000-95,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
