As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. While most of the therapy sessions will be conducted in-person, we also offer some telehealth options to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients.
Clients receive services mainly in person within the community, with some telehealth options available. There is no requirement to go to an office for administrative tasks or supervision; everything is done online or onsite with the client.

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities:
Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses
Conducts and documents client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
Deliver services to clients in the community and there is no requirement to go to an office.
Utilize evidenced based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients
Identifies resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs.
Collaborates with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care.
Advocates for patient access to community resources
Communicates treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Facilitates and offers individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support.
Demonstrates professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional.
Candidate Requirements:
Must reside within the State of Florida
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
Organizational and Time allocation skill abilities, and to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs, and flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
Ability to utilize self-care techniques to best manage to achieve OPTimal work life balance
Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
We will review Candidates who have degrees or majors in the following: Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, & Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
In order for these curriculums to qualify transcripts must include at least four class codes that contain content from the following areas: Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and treatment of Psychology, Human Sexuality, Counseling Theories and Techniques, Group Theories and Practice, Dynamic of Marriage and Family Systems, Individual Evaluation and Assessment, Research and Program Evaluation, Personality Theories, Social and Cultural Foundations, Counseling in Community Settings, and Substance Use Disorders.
