Under close supervision of the Department Manager / Superivsor or designee and in a learning capacity, the SA provides clerical support. The SA is responsible for assisting by providing customer service to members of the public and hospital personnel; assists with the day-to-day clerical functions of the organization.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Provide quality customer service for all staff and customers via the telephone and in person
Prepare and maintain general documents
Handle confidential information according to policies and procedures
Keep accurate records and ensure accurate data entry into databases
Perform general office assistance (word processing, filing, mailing, copying, scanning)
Assist with other special projects or technical duties as needed
Maintain an awareness of safety concernsEmployment is based on continued enrollment in a college curriculum and is restricted to students who are admitted for enrollment in a curriculum that will prepare them to attain the objectives of the organization where they are / will be employed.
