JOB SUMMARY :
The Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that clients or customers receive efficient and timely services. Serve as a bridge between clients and the organization, ensuring that services are delivered as promised and that client needs are met
Supervisory Responsibilities :
None.
Essential Job Functions :
Coordinates and schedules service appointments, installations, and maintenance activities.
Coordinates and manages service requests from clients or customers.
Assists with or performs administrative tasks. Manages and updates invoices, processes new orders, and tracks inventory.
Schedules and assign tasks to service technicians based on urgency and priority.
Maintains a detailed record of all service requests, schedules, and outcomes.
Communicates with clients or customers to ensure satisfaction and get feedback.
Resolves any service-related issues or complaints. Escalates to appropriate manager when necessary.
Audits work and customer service to ensure the company's standards and goals are met.
Collaborates with other departments or teams to streamline service delivery.
Provides regular updates and reports to management about service metrics, challenges, and solutions.
Assists with the training and onboarding of new service members and provides guidance and support.
Complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulation.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to improve service delivery.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Certifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Experience :
Minimum two years of experience as a Service Coordinator, or similar role required.
Physical Requirements :
Authorized to Work in the US
