Job Description : As an Entry Level Remote Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely, gaining valuable experience in the travel and hospitality industry while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities : Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Help clients with itinerary changes and travel modifications as needed. Research and recommend travel destinations, hotels, and services based on client preferences and budget. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences. Keep clients informed about travel updates, changes, and restrictions. Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and client communications. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing travel documents and processing payments. Qualifications : No prior travel industry experience required, though any relevant experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Proficiency in using online booking tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor. A passion for travel and helping others plan their journeys. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
