Communicate with ramp and hub on number of containers for each aircraft, capacity concerns, and payload limitations. Notify flight crew for weight and balance concerns / non-operational control information (jump seat issues, catering, ground equipment availability) concerning the flight. Verify fuel load received and fulfilled with Aviation Services. Communicate with other gateways regarding inbound flight information, verify cargo restraints restrictions are followed, maintain forms, validate manifests, file paperwork according to mandated retention requirements, answer phones. These are all tasks which have also been done historically by management employees.

For this union-represented posting, wage rates and ranges and benefit offerings are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions. The starting pay rate for this position starts at $21.00/hr. The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Weekly pay, extensive training, growth opportunities, 401(K), defined-benefit pension plan, medical-dental and vision after waiting and or probation period, paid vacation, paid sick and family and medical leave time as required by law, paid holidays, education assistance program, discounted employee stock purchase program.
