Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs. Summary :
Assist management in coordinating the warehouse activities of the distribution center by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- A Lead's primary function is to assist the supervisory staff of the branch.
- The lead will provide leadership and supervision to associates in their area of responsibility as well as all associates.
- Assist in enabling the distribution center to fulfill its goals and the overall company mission.
- Maintain the company policies while communicating company goals and expectations. Primary responsibility is to oversee production in their assigned area, administer the training program of all new associates, to monitor and provide direction in their assigned area.
- Report to manager or supervisor in charge of their area and assume any additional responsibility assigned.
