Responsibilities :

BT Prep is Baker Tillys nationally centralized processing center established to gain efficiency, standardize processes, reduce costs but most importantly to more effectively utilize the time of our accounting professionals. While prior tax preparation experience is ideal, experience is not necessary. We will teach you what you need to know to successfully prepare client tax returns and the most exciting part of it all, your training will be 100% paid for! Baker Tilly offers a professional, yet fun work environment. You will feel at home quickly and will be supported by tax specialists who are available to help guide you and answer questions. Full-time or flexible hours available, paid training will be provided and there is the opportunity to return each tax season.

For California, Colorado, New York and Washington : The compensation range for this role is $20.00 to $35.00. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
