Call Center Rep
LHH is looking for a Call Center Rep based in Plainfield, IL, This is a Contract to hire opportunity only.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product / service information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls : Answer incoming calls promptly and make outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and support issues.
Provide Product / Service Information : Educate customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Resolve Customer Inquiries : Address customer concerns, complaints, and questions effectively and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Process Orders and Returns : Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
Update Customer Information : Accurately update customer accounts and records with relevant information obtained during calls.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
