We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing support to clients and their families. The BCBA will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and support.Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Provide training and support to staff, families, and caregivers on behavior management strategies.Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.Support clients in achieving their goals through direct patient care and ongoing assessment.Stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.Experience
Minimum of1-2 years providing ABA servicesin a clinical, home, or school setting under a BCBA credential. (Not Required)Direct experience conductingfunctional behavior assessments (FBAs)and developingBehavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Proven track record ofsupervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)or other behavior therapy staff.Experience withparent and caregiver trainingin ABA techniques.Hands-on experience withdata collection, analysis, and program adjustmentsbased on client progress.Familiarity withinsurance authorization processes and documentationrequirements specific to ABA therapy.Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certificationrequired.Masters degree in appliedBehavior AnalysisStrong understanding ofHIPAA complianceand ethical guidelines in ABA practice.Bilingualin English and Spanish.
