JOB SUMMARY

Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Internal Reservations Products, where you will function as a technical expert and collaborate with both client and IT organizations. You will play a pivotal role in defining functional requirements and crafting innovative solutions that drive our sales strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to perform research that identifies opportunities and emerging solutions to enhance our products.
• Assist in updating multi-year technology roadmaps that align with our objectives.
• Document functional requirements, integration tests, and testing requirements to support smooth project execution.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum practices to ensure effective project delivery.
• Lead functional design work sessions and facilitate requirements analysis.
• General communication of technical concepts to clients and team members.
