JOB SUMMARY
Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Internal Reservations Products, where you will function as a technical expert and collaborate with both client and IT organizations. You will play a pivotal role in defining functional requirements and crafting innovative solutions that drive our sales strategy and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to perform research that identifies opportunities and emerging solutions to enhance our products.
- Assist in updating multi-year technology roadmaps that align with our objectives.
- Document functional requirements, integration tests, and testing requirements to support smooth project execution.
- Participate in Agile and Scrum practices to ensure effective project delivery.
- Lead functional design work sessions and facilitate requirements analysis.
- General communication of technical concepts to clients and team members.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application design or development within IT.Undergraduate degree or equivalent certification.Proven ability to convert business needs into technology requirements.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.Experience in Agile methodology is a strong advantage.Exceptional analytical skills to address complex business requirements.Solid experience in business process re-engineering.CORE WORK ACTIVITIES :
