We are currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable Floating Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our team and support a high-quality, developmentally appropriate program for young children, in full alignment with California early childhood education standards. In this role, you will work across various classrooms, stepping in as needed to provide consistent, nurturing care and education to children aged 0–5.

Key Responsibilities :

• Classroom Support : Step into different classrooms as needed, providing support to lead teachers and ensuring consistent, high-quality educational experience for all children.
• Curriculum Implementation : Assist in the delivery of play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes exploration, discovery, and meaningful learning.
• Child Engagement : Foster strong relationships with children, supporting their social-emotional development and encouraging positive behavior.
• Family Communication : Maintain open and respectful communication with families, supporting their involvement in the learning process.
• Compliance : Ensure all activities and interactions comply with California Department of Social Services / Community Care Licensing regulations and Title 5 and / or Title 22 requirements.
• Professional Development : Participate in required training sessions, professional development sessions, and team planning meetings.

Completion of 12 semester units in early childhood education or child development, including core courses in :
